MRSA: Risks

MRSA only presents a health threat to people with greatly reduced resistance. People in normal health may not even notice they are carrying it. Usually people will only carry the MRSA bacteria temporarily: if there is no ongoing exposure, the bacteria will normally disappear of their own accord within a few weeks.
