Appeals procedure

A test facility may make representations relating to the outcome of an inspection or study audit and/or relating to the action the Inspectorate proposes to take thereon. For this purpose serves the Interdepartmental GLP Commission, in which the five most involved Ministries are represented. The manager of the GLP program handles the secretariat of the Commission.
